Can the funeral service packages be used outside of Kuala Lumpur or Selangor?
Funeral services purchased in Klang Valley are only applicable for use in Klang Valley area. For FSP (Funeral Service Package) in Nirvana branches in other states, please contact us for more information.
What should be done first when someone passes away?
- For home cases, please report to the nearest police station or DBKL (for ages 60 and above).
- For hospital cases, the hospital will issue a death certificate on the spot.
- For any other cases including accidents, suicides, murders, etc., please contact us for assistance.
Is there a minimum waiting period for pre-purchased funeral service packages?
Yes, there is a minimum waiting period of 30 days before the funeral service package can be used. Otherwise, it will be considered as As-Need / Instant case. If the FSP (Funeral Service Package) is required before the installment period ends, the balance of the installment amount must be settled.
Is there a Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Catholic or Soka Gakkai funeral service?

As-need (即用) products and services applies to all instant case where the customers require the funeral service immediately upon the demised of their loved ones.
Pre-need (预购) product and services are for anyone who wished to Pre-Plan and purchase the FSP earlier for their own or their loved ones’ to enjoy the discount on the package and installment up to 24 months to 36 months.
